Description
Packhorse Bridge, located to the rear of Gomshall Tanneries, dates back to the 15th century. It is constructed from sandstone blocks and features a three-arched span over the Tillingbourne River. The central arch is the largest, with the arches framed by rough dressed block voussoirs. Below the arches, there are pointed cut waters. The bridge has low parapets topped with block coping.
