Description

Beech House is a house dating to circa 1820. It is constructed of whitewashed stucco with a hipped slate roof. The house has a square plan and two storeys, sitting on a plinth with rusticated angles and deep boarded eaves. It has three bays, with three 12-pane sash windows to the first floor and two windows on the ground floor. The central entrance features a panelled door with a round panel to the centre, a decorative surround, and an oval fanlight above. A trellis porch has a Greek key pattern to the top and bottom of the front piers and an arched oval top. Extensions are present to the rear of the building.
