Description
Fulvens House is a house built around 1620, constructed of red brick on a sandstone plinth with a plain tiled roof. It has two storeys and features arched panels on the end ridge stacks, with a larger double arched stack offset to the end light. There is a plat band above both the ground floor and first floor, and the roof has been raised. The front is regular, showcasing six "cross" leaded casement windows on the first floor and three windows on the ground floor to the right. To the left on the ground floor, there is a large three-light leaded casement window that replaces two former windows, now blocked, all under gauged brick heads.
To the left of centre, there is a gabled two-storey entrance porch with carved bargeboards. The first floor has a casement window under a rubbed brick pediment adorned with thin brick dentils. The ground floor entrance is arched and features a label moulding and string course, with a ribbed and studded 17th-century door. At the rear right, there is a 19th or 20th-century single-storey wing that extends at right angles to the front. The attic storey has a hipped roof with a dormer at the rear, displaying irregular fenestration.
Inside, considerable partition framing is visible.
