Description

Chapel Farm House is a late 16th-century house located on Guildford Road, Willey Green, Normandy. The building is timber framed, with a whitewashed rendered brick underlayer, and the timber frame is exposed above the brick with rendered infill. It has a plain tiled roof, half-hipped to the right. The house is set at an angle to the street. It presents two storeys and originally had three framed bays. A stack is located at the left end, and another is situated to the right of the centre. The window arrangement is irregular, with two casement windows on the first floor and two diamond-pane, leaded casement windows on the ground floor. A half-glazed, ribbed door is positioned to the left of the centre, with a further door at the right end. A single-storey brick extension is attached to the right end, and its bracing is visible at the rear.
