Description
Place Farm Cottages are 17th-century cottages located on Epsom Road in West Horsley. They are constructed from red and blue brick and feature a hipped plain tiled roof. The building has a half-H shaped plan with projecting end wings. It stands two storeys high, with a plat band above the ground floor, a diagonal brick course at the eaves, and large stacks at each end. There are additional stacks at the rear and where the wings meet. A plinth is present on the left side. Each wing has two windows on both floors, with six "cross" leaded windows on the first floor center and four windows below. The doors are located in the center and to the right of center, beneath a transom light and a cambered head.
