Double pitched roof with old tiles, and coped gable ends on kneelers. 1 storey and hay loft. 4 segment- headed casements on long sides. 2 on short sides, with 2 loft doors over.

Stables at Downs House shall be amended to read Old Stables, now Barn at Downs House.
