Description

The Gapper tomb, located 9 metres west of the tower of the Church of St. Nicholas in Thames Ditton, is a Grade II listed chest tomb dedicated to Charles Gapper, dating from 1804. It is constructed of stone on a stone plinth and features a rectangular shape with paired fluted pilaster strips at the corners. The sides of the tomb have oval inscription panels, and it is topped with a hipped design.
