Description

The Cooper tomb, located 5 metres southeast of the south porch of the Church of St. Andrew in Cobham, is a Grade II listed chest tomb dedicated to William Henry Cooper, who died in 1840. This tomb is made of stone and has a cruciform shape with a gabled top. It features panelled sides and fluted Greek Doric columns at the corners. The short ends of the tomb are adorned with winged roundels that include hourglass carvings.
