Description

The Tupp tomb, located 40 metres northwest of the Church of St. Andrew in Cobham, is a chest tomb dedicated to Mrs. George Tupp, who died in 1831. It is made of grey and white limestone and features a rectangular shape with panelled sides and a flat top. The tomb has fluted corner piers, which include cable fluting on the lower third of each pier, and a moulded edge on the lid.
