Description

The Beckford tomb, located 40 metres north of the tower of the Church of St. Andrew in Cobham, is a chest tomb dedicated to Mrs. Elizabeth Beckford, who died in 1837. The tomb is made of stone and has a rectangular shape with panelled sides. It features moulded capitals on the corner piers and a moulded edge along the lid.
