Description
Sunnyside is an 18th-century cottage located on the south side of Finstock High Street. It is built from coursed limestone rubble and features a 20th-century machine tile roof. The cottage has a two-unit baffle-entry plan and is one storey high with an attic. A brick ridge stack, which has been rebuilt in 20th-century brick, is positioned just off-centre to the right. There are two gabled eaves dormers, each with 2-light wooden casements. The front of the cottage has two windows: a 2-light wooden casement on the left and a 3-light wooden mullioned and transomed window on the right, both topped with wooden lintels. A 20th-century glazed door is located just off-centre to the right, sheltered by a gabled porch. The interior has not been inspected.
