Description
College Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed squared stone, featuring quoins at the ends and a stone slate roof with stone end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. At the center, there is a six-panel door with a decorative overlight and a stone architrave surround, topped with an open-pediment gabled stone hood supported by shaped stone brackets. The ground floor has four-light horned sash windows on both the left and right sides, which are mirrored by similar windows on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
