Description
The Unicorn Public House is a public house built in the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features coursed squared limestone with ashlar dressings and has a concrete plain-tile roof with ashlar and rendered gable stacks. The building is designed in an L shape and stands three storeys tall. The symmetrical front has three windows, with two-light casements above the central doorway and three-light casements in the outer bays, all of which are topped with segmental arches. A rear wing extends from the left side. The shallow-pitched roofs have gable parapets with projecting kneelers. The stacks have ashlar plinths, but only the left stack retains its ashlar shaft. The interior has not been inspected.
