Description

Ducklington Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century, which was refaced and extended to the rear around 1800. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled concrete tile roof with symmetrical early 19th century brick end stacks. The building is in an L-plan with a rear right wing and has two storeys and an attic, presenting a symmetrical three-window range. The windows have timber lintels over 8-pane sashes, and there are 20th century gabled roof dormers. To the right, there is a 20th century two-storey bay. At the rear, there is an early 19th century three-light casement and an outshut. The early 19th century rear wing has two storeys and a two-window range, with timber lintels over a 19th century six-panelled door and early 19th century three-light casements on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
