Description
Manor House is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with dressed quoins and features a gabled stone slate roof, along with brick ridge and end stacks. The house has a four-unit plan and is two storeys high, with a four-window range. A timber lintel sits over a late 18th century panelled door, which is framed by a classical timber porch from the same period. The house also has timber lintels over tall 20th century two-light casements. A one-storey service range made from similar materials projects from the right bay. At the rear, there are horned and tripartite sashes, along with a late 18th century bracketed flat hood over a 20th century door. A 20th century garage is attached to the left side of the house. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
