Description

This chest tomb, dating from around 1759, is located approximately 25 meters north of the chancel of the Church of St. Kenelm in Enstone. It is made of marlstone and features a rectangular shape with a moulded base and cover. The tomb has large recessed rectangular corner balusters, recessed side panels, and swelling oval end panels. One of the end panels is inscribed with "AP/1759".
