Description
Worton Heath Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse built from marlstone ashlar with wooden lintels and a Stonesfield-slate roof featuring ashlar and brick stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and stands three storeys tall. Its symmetrical front has three windows, with storey bands and a plinth, and a central door. Each floor has 20th-century leaded three-light casements. The roof includes stacks located to the left of center and at both gables. There are single-storey concrete-tiled ranges set back to the right and left, which are now part of the house and, along with the main range, create three sides of an octagonal farmyard. The interior has not been inspected, and the farm buildings complete the enclosure of the yard.
