Description

This is an early to mid-19th century house, now used as offices. The front is constructed of coursed squared rubble, rendered and with a slate roof. It is three storeys high and has a two-window front, with the windows widely spaced. The late 19th century shop front was remodelled in the 20th century. A recessed door, located to the right of the centre, partly conceals first-floor sash windows with glazing bars. A plain string course runs along the facade, and there is an iron tie present. A rear wing, now separately listed as Nos 3 & 4 and No 2 Bayliss Yard, is also part of the property. The interior has not been inspected.
