Description
This ornamental dovecote, located about 7 yards from the water garden, was built around 1903-1906, likely by the architects Perkins and Bulmer. It is constructed from rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Cotswold stone roof. The dovecote has a square plinth that includes benches and a broaching above to the shaft that supports a hipped canopy. Above this, there is a cross-gabled stone elate-hung pigeon loft.
