Description
Number 10 and K.G. Freeman is a house that now functions as a house and shop, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a gabled concrete tile roof with brick end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, presenting a three-window range.
A keyed flat stone arch is located above an early 19th-century beaded six-panelled door at the centre. To the left, there is a mid-19th-century canted bay window with round-arched lights, while a 20th-century shop window is situated to the right. Keyed flat stone arches are present over the six-pane sash windows. The building also has raised storey bands and hipped dormers that contain two-light casements. The interior has not been inspected.
