Description

This privy, located approximately 7 meters southwest of Lower Farmhouse, likely dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from squared and coursed limestone and features a stone slate roof. The gable end faces northeast and has a doorway on the left side, with an unglazed two-light wooden mullioned window to the right, both topped with a wooden lintel. Inside, the privy has a plastered interior that retains the remains of a two-seater earth closet. This structure is included for its group value.
