Description

The Franklin Memorial is a headstone located approximately 12 meters south of the south aisle of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels. It dates from around 1695 and is made of marlstone. The memorial features a round-headed stone with a Baroque pediment above a drapery panel that commemorates Francis Franklin, who died in 1694 or 1695.
