Description
This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 20 meters north-north-east of Southfield and 50 meters north-north-east of The Dun Cow public house. The barn is constructed with weatherboard over a timber frame on a limestone rubble plinth, featuring a concrete block wall to the right of the door and a gabled corrugated iron roof. It has a five-bay plan that includes a front aisle and a central threshing floor, with corrugated iron doors. Inside, there are large framed panels supported by passing braces, and the collar-truss roof is reinforced with braced posts, struts, and butt purlins.
