Description
Signet Farm South is a farmhouse dating to around 1800, although it likely incorporates earlier materials. The exterior is of rubble construction with a roof of Cotswold stone. The building follows a typical 18th-century long rectangular layout. Three chimneys are present, with the one on the right-hand side constructed of ashlar. The farmhouse has two storeys and features three windows at the front, each with wooden mullions in a two- or three-light arrangement. A gabled porch is situated to the right of the centre. There are four windows visible at the rear.
