Description
Beaconsfield Farmhouse stable range, built in the 18th century and extended probably in the early 19th century, is located approximately 20 meters to the west of Beaconsfield Farmhouse. The structure is made of coursed and random limestone rubble with marlstone-ashlar dressings and features a plain-tile roof. It is a single range, one storey plus a loft. The earlier section on the left connects with the barn range and includes a central stable door with a loft door above, as well as five segmental-arched slatted windows. The later section has an additional stable door and three similar windows, all featuring segmental arches. The interior has not been inspected. Beaconsfield Farm is situated on the site of a Roman villa.
