Description
Upper Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed limestone rubble and topped with a stone slate roof. The building features a two-unit plan that is oriented at right angles to the road, with a rear wing that forms an L-shape. It stands two storeys tall.
The south-east front has an integral stone end stack on the left and a stone ridge stack on the rear wing. The façade includes two windows, each with 2-light wooden casements and wooden lintels. A central 20th-century boarded door is set beneath a hipped porch. There is also a central entrance located in the angle at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
