Description
Bartholomews is a house that dates from the 17th century, with a south front that was added in the 18th century and some alterations made in the 20th century. The main facade faces south and is constructed from stone coursed rubble, topped with a stone slate roof and featuring stone end stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. There is a blocked doorway to the left, and in the center, there is an unhorned tripartite sash window with glazing bars, which has a stone lintel with a keystone. On the first floor, there are two 20th-century two-light casement windows, also with stone lintels and keystones. A 20th-century gabled full dormer is present as well. The right side of the building has a two-storey, approximately six-bay range with irregularly placed casement windows. There is a 20th-century door leading to a porch on the left side. The interior has not been inspected.
