Description

This is a house, likely dating from the early 16th century, with later alterations. It incorporates the parts formerly known as Nos. 69, 73, and 75 The Causeway. The house has a rendered plinth, with colour-washed brickwork to the right side. The majority of the structure is timber-framed with rendered infill, featuring arched braces on the first floor. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and has brick ridge stacks positioned to the left of the centre, in the centre, and at the right end. The building is two storeys high and consists of a 4-bay range. A sash door, set within a 20th-century wooden surround with a flat hood, is located to the left of the centre. Garage doors are situated on the right side. The windows are irregularly placed, including 2-light and 3-light casements. There is an early 20th-century bay window on the ground floor to the left, and an early 20th-century 3-light casement with a floating cornice on the first floor to the left. A cross-gable is present on the left side. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
