Description

The Organ Blowing Chamber, built in 1927, is located in St Helen's churchyard. It is a square, single-storey building constructed from red and blue chequered brick, featuring a hipped tile roof. The building has a wood dentil eaves cornice and red brick panelled quoins. A red brick plinth supports the structure, and there is an arched doorway framed by a red brick architrave. On the west face, there is one round arched window with leaded glazing and a tiled cill. This building forms a stylistic composition with the nearby almshouses.
