Description

This headstone, located approximately 12 meters south of the east end of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Wantage, commemorates Edward Stroud, who died in 1693. It is made of limestone and features a scrolled head with a winged cherub's face above an inscription panel that includes a rhyme.
