Description

Ock Mill House is an 18th-century building. It is constructed of chequered brick with a hipped slate roof, featuring overhangs supported by widely spaced modillions. The roof also has two square brick chimneys with original pots, and one dormer window facing the road. The building has three windows on each of its three visible sides.

The eastern elevation has three double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and narrow cills. A band runs at the level of the first-floor cills. A pedimented hood is above the doorway, supported by modern brick columns and incorporating wood-panelled pilasters to the door architrave. A small stone plinth is present at ground level.
