The roof is thatched, with a brick ridge stack located at the center. The building is single storey with an attic and has a 4-bay, 3-window layout. There is a plank door leading to a 20th-century porch at the center. The windows are irregularly spaced and consist of 20th-century casements. The house has two eyebrow dormers. Inside, the 16th-century section of the house includes three bays of full crucks.
