Description

Rookery Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 17th century, with some later additions. It features roughcast, which is probably over timber-framing, and has an old plain-tile half-hipped roof with a brick ridge stack at the center. The building has a two-unit lobby-entry plan and stands two storeys high with an attic. It has a three-window range and a six-panel part-glazed door located in a gabled porch at the center. The ground and first floors have tripartite unhorned sashes with glazing bars on the left and right, while the center of the first floor has a two-light casement. The interior has not been inspected.
