Description

The wall located approximately 15 meters north of Buckland House is likely from around 1910 and was designed by Romaine Walker. It is constructed of limestone and features chamfered rustication beneath a balustrade. The central section of the wall is set forward and includes four keyed semi-circular arches on each side that lead to basement rooms. There are central steps that are flanked by a balustrade leading to early 20th-century cast iron gates, and stone seats on carved consoles are positioned at the rear of the balustrade.
