Description

Bushells is a pair of semi-detached cottages, now functioning as a single dwelling, built around 1850 for the 2nd Earl of Radnor. The cottages are designed in the Cotswold vernacular style, constructed from rubble stone with dressings and topped with a gabled pantile roof featuring stone ridge stacks. The building has a T-shaped plan and stands two storeys tall, showcasing 2- and 3-light mullioned windows with gabled tops that extend through the eaves line, as well as bay windows on the ground floor that have stepped roofs. A projecting gabled porch is located on the south side.
