Description
Nos 30 and 31 are a pair of semi-detached estate cottages built around 1850 for the 2nd Earl of Radnor. They are designed in the Cotswold vernacular style, featuring rubble stone construction with stone dressings, a gabled stone tiled roof, and stone ridge stacks. The cottages are two storeys high and have two- and three-light mullioned windows with dripstones and 8-pane casements. Each cottage has a gabled porch and a plank door.
