It features a brick plinth and is constructed of red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond, topped with an old plain-tile half-hipped roof. The building is two stories high and consists of two bays. There is a central plank door with a segmental brick head, and a single-light window with glazing bars is situated in the center of the first floor. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves.
