Description
Leigh House is a house, probably built in the mid-19th century. It features a rendered brick plinth and is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, adorned with lead ridges, and there is a brick stack at the right end. The house is two stories tall and has a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with an over-light and a flat hood supported by brackets. All openings have 16-pane unhorned sash windows with stone flat arches above them. There is a flat stone band between the ground and first floors, and the eaves are bracketed. The interior has not been inspected. The house is included for its group value.
