Description

No. 17 Marlborough Street is an early 19th-century house built of chequered brick. It has three storeys and a basement, topped with a stone-tiled roof featuring end wall stacks. The front facade includes a two-window range of 16-pane sash windows set in cambered head surrounds. There is a central door with a rectangular fanlight above it, accessed by three steps. The rear of the building is made of rubble stone and includes modern extensions.
