Description

Sparks Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, that likely dates from the late 16th century. It features large timber-framing with roughcast infill and weather boarding on the left, which is probably also timber-framed. The roof is thatched and half-hipped to the right, with brick ridge stacks located to the left and right of the center. The building is two stories high and has an eight-bay range. There is a plank door at the center, a three-light casement window with leaded lights to the right of the center, a four-pane window to the left of the center, and another four-pane window on the first floor to the left of the center. To the right of the center, there is a two-light casement window with leaded lights. The interior has not been inspected.
