Description

This granary, now used as an outhouse, dates from the 18th century and is located approximately 10 meters west of number 11 on Church Street in Marcham. It is raised on staddle stones and features 20th-century weatherboarding over a timber frame, with a half-hipped stone slate roof. The central entrance has a plank door. Inside, the original framing remains intact on three walls, and it includes a queen-post truss. The granary is included in the listing for its group value with nearby structures.
