Description

This granary, located approximately 20 meters southwest of Ham House, dates from the early 18th century. It is raised on brick relieving arches and constructed of Flemish bond brick with flared headers, topped with an old tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has a one-bay range. A segmental arch frames an old plank door with strap hinges and a cat-hole, while above this door is another segmental arch over a 2-light window from the 20th century. The eaves are dentilled, and the roof is hipped to the left and attached to the right. The interior features are hidden. This granary is included for its group value with nearby structures.
