Description

Glebe Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid to late 17th century. It features square timber framing with herringbone brick and brick infill, topped by a gabled thatch roof and a brick ridge stack with oversailing courses. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys tall, with a two-window range that displays scattered fenestration. There is a 20th-century door with a porch, alongside an older plank door to the right. The windows are also from the 20th century. To the left, there is an early to mid-18th century brick outshut with a round arch over a 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
