Description

House at 1 Rotten Row, dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It features rendered timber framing and an old plain-tile roof with a brick ridge stack. The building has a two-unit lobby-entry plan with a rear outshut and is one storey plus attics. The front has two windows, including a 4-panel door located to the right of center, a 3-light leaded casement to the right, and a 12-pane sash to the left. There are also two 2-light leaded dormers in the roof, which has a central stack. The interior has not been inspected.
