Description

The Manse is a house dating from the late 17th century, constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings and topped with an old plain-tile roof and brick stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan with a cross-wing on the left side and features two storeys and an attic, with a four-window range.

The entrance is a six-panel door located to the left of the center, sheltered by a flat hood. To the left, there is an angled bay with a flat roof, while to the right are two three-light casements with leaded lights and segmental brick heads. A flat brick band runs between the ground and first floor of the cross-wing, which also includes a three-light wood mullion and transom window with a segmental brick head.

On the first floor, there is a two-light casement with leaded lights and a segmental brick head located to the left of center, and two three-light casements with leaded lights and symmetrical brick heads to the right. The eaves are adorned with a dentil course, and the cross-wing has a hipped roof. There are two gabled dormers on the right side, each featuring two-light leaded casements. Ridge stacks are positioned to the right of center and on the cross-wing.

On the left return of the cross-wing, there is a wood cross-window with leaded lights on the ground floor to the right, and a blind panel on the first floor to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
