Description

This barn and attached grain store, located approximately 45 meters southeast of Manor Farmhouse, likely dates from the early 18th century. The barn features a brick base, large timber-framing, weatherboarding, and an old plain-tile roof. It is a three-bay structure with double plank doors at the center and a queen-post roof. The attached grain store has a ground floor made of red brick in Flemish bond, large timber-framing, weatherboarding, and an old plain-tile roof as well. It includes a central plank door and a queen-post roof with wind-braces. Inside, there are stop-chamfered joists on the attic floor, with a central opening, and central 19th-century grain hoist machinery.
