Description
Highmoor Farmhouse consists of two linked barns, likely built in the early 18th century. The barns feature a flint and brick base, timber framing, weatherboarding, and a tiled roof. The larger barn to the west has five bays and includes central plank double doors on the south side, with a later gabled projecting entry on the north side that may date to the late 18th century. It has a Queen-strut roof. The smaller, three-bay barn is possibly joined in a triangular plan from the 19th century, featuring central plank double doors on the north side and a hipped projecting entry on the south side. Both barns have jowled wall posts and a Queen post roof.
