Description
Chapmans Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, that dates back to possibly the late 16th century, with additions from the 19th and 20th centuries. The building features a timber frame with brick infill and a plain tile roof, topped with a brick ridge stack. It has an L-shaped plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. The central entrance has a 20th-century gabled porch with double oak doors. To the right, there is a French door, and to the left, there are 4-light casements, with a 3-light casement on the first floor to the right. A cross-gable is located to the left, and the timber frame is visible on the left-hand return. The interior has not been inspected.
