Description

The garden wall, likely built in the 18th century, is constructed of limestone rubble. It extends from the pavilions to approximately 90 meters northwest of Haseley Court, forming one side of a large courtyard and continuing along the west side of the main walled garden. A notable feature of the wall is a large grotesque mask with an open mouth positioned above the gateway that leads from the courtyard to the garden. This structure is included for its group value.
