Description

Lower Farmhouse barn is a structure dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is built from coursed limestone rubble and features squared quoins, topped with a corrugated-asbestos roof. The barn has a four-bay plan and includes opposed full-height doors, with slits in each bay and the gable walls. Inside, there are Queen-post trusses. This barn is included for its group value with the nearby Lower Farmhouse.
